Nicole Patterson, CMT & CMLD

I love the world of natural health and am an advocate for holistic healing. I’m fascinated by the human body and strongly believe in the healing potential of intentional, mindful touch. Massage therapy has been a natural path for me, rooted in a curiosity about the body’s innate ability to heal and how supportive touch can help facilitate that process.

Deep tissue work had always been my bodywork go-to, yet during my formal education I experienced how a gentle touch can have a profound impact on the body.

Deep tissue work had once been my bodywork go-to, yet during my formal education I discovered how profoundly a gentle, intentional touch can support the body’s natural healing processes. This realization set me on a new path—one that ultimately led me to manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), a modality that continues to inspire and amaze me.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage works in harmony with the body, encouraging the natural movement of lymph fluid and supporting the immune system in a deeply calming way. I have been continually astounded by the benefits I’ve seen from this practice—from the reduction of persistent edema, to support for many autoimmune conditions, to enhanced detoxification, and easing symptoms for chronic allergy sufferers.

In an active community like Lake Tahoe, Manual Lymphatic Drainage offers powerful support for recovery from sports injuries and post-operative care, helping reduce swelling, speed healing, and get you back to doing what you love—feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced in your body.
