Elevate Policies and Procedures during COVID-19

WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE REOPENING OF ELEVATE ON MONDAY, MAY 25TH!

We are closely following advice of both the Governor, our local council, and the CDC to ensure we are fully compliant with current healthcare guidelines, in order to ensure safety of all throughout.

Some of our existing practices and policies have altered to allow for this, so please take a moment to read through the following:


SCHEDULING:

We are offering both tele-medicine and in-person visits at this time.

  • IN PERSON:

    • Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Ayurveda, and Midwifery.

  • TELE-MEDICINE:

    • Somatic Experiencing.

Please note:

  • For those who are elderly, immunocompromised, or have an acute infection, whether COVID or otherwise, please choose telemedicine for your care. We will continue to make this available alongside seeing patients in person.

  • Our acupuncture schedule will be reduced to allow for the necessary time to sanitize and clean between visits.

  • We are asking all patients to sign our updated consent form prior to your visit. These will be emailed to you after scheduling.

ON ARRIVAL:

  • Please call the front desk on arrival if you would like to stay in your vehicle and wait prior to your appointment.

  • We will be taking your temperature on entry with a digital no touch thermometer.

  • We are asking that each patient wear a face mask. We can provide one for you if you do not have one.

  • We’ll also ask you to use a wash basin to clean your hands on entry to the practice.

OUR PROVIDERS:

  • All of our providers will be following OSHA and CDC guidelines for standard precautions, including wearing masks and single-use gloves.

DISINFECTION PROCEDURES:

  • We will disinfect and clean all treatment areas and high-touch surfaces after every patient visit using EPA-registered hospital grade disinfectant.

  • Our front desk assistants will clean and disinfect the reception area after every patient interaction.

  • Daily disinfecting and cleaning of treatment room floors and any other high contact surface in the office will additionally be carried out.

LAUNDRY:

  • We will be stripping, cleaning, and replacing linens between every patient visit and laundering them following the recommended guidelines.

ELEVATE FARMACY & OHANA APOTHECARY:

  • Please allow us to provide assistance when shopping in our retail space to allow for minimal handling of products. 

  • You may call in your order for curbside pick up, or purchase online where possible through our online store.

CHECKING OUT:

  • We are employing low touch methods at checkout including email or text reminders.
