This heart-centered circle offers a sacred space to honor both personal and collective grief, allowing participants to sit with loss and move toward healing. Through breathwork, participants access the body’s innate ability to release deeply held emotions, inviting clarity, compassion, and emotional flow. The heart will be supported with rose herbal tea, a gentle ally that nurtures the emotional body and encourages self-compassion. Guided reflections provide an opportunity to explore emotions, uncover insights, and give voice to feelings that may have been unspoken.

The circle creates a compassionate container for witnessing, cultivating a sense of presence, and inner support to sit with what is.
