Join us for a second Ayurvedic Fall Community Cleanse

After the success of the first one, we’re giving the community another opportunity to join us for a Fall Cleanse!

This 7 day online community cleanse provides guidance during the upcoming seasonal transition from summer to fall, assisting in clearing out summer heat, toxins, and aggravants in the body, mind and spirit. The foundations of this cleanse will focus on food, herbal support, and daily practices for mental clarity, optimal digestion, and inner happiness.
